Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, there is. Prices for local pick-up and delivery vary depending on your order. It will be visible before you finalize your order.

Do you deliver or ship outside of Georgia?

No. We are only to take orders for shipments or deliveries within the state of Georgia.

Do you have allergen free options?

Yes! We have some gluten friendly, nut free, and dairy free options. Contact us if you have special requirements.

Please note we are not a certified gluten free facility.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. For large orders, a further advance notice may be required.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, let us know of your concern within 24 hours. We retain the right to judge product quality & determine the amount that can be refunded. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.

What is your order cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 1 week may be eligible for a maximum 50% refund in store credit. Cancellations within less than 1 week are eligible for a maximum 25% refund. Brainy Bakers retains the right to change cancellation fees, as needed. Customers must speak to a representative for further details.

Yes, we do! We have a few vegan options available now. Please reach out, and stay tuned for new products!

When is payment due?

Orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
